Hey guys, I have really outgrown my youth bow over this last year, so it is time for a new one. I have a 28 inch draw and pull 50 lbs back. I know that's not a lot to go off of, but I need some opinions. My budget is $650, but I'll have $720 at the end of the week, Thanks.

Ones that come to mind are:
    Quest Torrent
    Hoyt Charger
    BowTech Assassin
    Mission Ballistic
    Diamond Outlaw
These are all excellent choices in my opinion. I'm sure others can chime in with more.

Is that bare bow or with sight, quiver, etc.? I'll be in the market in the year or two and will be looking at Hoyt bows mostly. You should go to a shop and shoot some bows slightly higher than your range then find a deal on here or ebay. For 700 you should be able to get last years model.

I just need a peep sight and quiver for it. And our local shop is 1 hr away, so I usually have to go off of others opinions and buy em, which stinks

Are you going to the shop to buy or are you having to go to a big box store?

mission ballistic all the way. It is a great shooting bow for the money. It shoots 330 ibo. AMAZING!!!!I pull back 60lbs, and the arrows are crazy fast. I shoot birds, and they are hard to hit, but the bow is so quiet, the arrow nails em' before they know it. No brainer.

A guy in my office has a nice PSE, don;t know model but it's a good one, cheap. Like $400 I think? He had it for less than a year and bet it hasn't been shot 100 times. Hunted maybe 3 times.... It is a 27-28" and I think 50-55#. If interested email me [email protected]

Look at the Diamonds and Quests if its big box store. The Diamond Outlaw is basically an Assassin in single cam. Quest ha the Torrent that I have shot and for the price, it's really hard to beat.

Went on ebay.com real quick to take a look after reading your initial post and seeing you said you had a $650 dollar budget I have some good news. I saw a 2012 Bowtech Insanity CPX for sale for $575 it looked like a left handed bow not sure by the picture but I would grab that bow quick if I was you. Thats a hell of a price for that bow.

I like buying a $1000 bow a year old for $600 than a new bow for $600. Plus it will probably come all set up with $300 worth of sites, rest, peep and maybe even a quiver and its ready to hunt.
