I'm in Florida. This morning it was 34 degrees. Do turkeys stay on the roost longer on cold mornings? Opening day it was 42 in the morning and they flew down around 7:25. This morning I didn't hear a peep. Just curious if anybody has ran into this.

The weather sometimes affects how long they will hang in the roost, and how vocal they will be. So yes, they will do the same up here in Wisconsin. Good luck!
