Hey everybody just thought I would share some pictures of our meat processing some pictures are from a few years ago. We have been doing our own meat processing for about 5 years now and I really enjoy doing it and everything we make is just so delish!

    We make:
    Venison Hamburger
    Snack Sticks
    Hot Dogs (everybodys favorite)
    Venison Bacon (also very good)
    Summer Sausage

We also made this other crap one year that my parents and grandma and grandpa and some others like. I refuse to eat it after making it. It is like ground up cows tongue and pigs snout with dry bread. I am grinding it up in the photos. I guess I just dont have enough bohunk in me to eat it.

We are thinking about trying some new stuff this next year.

Hope you all enjoy, it is always a good time doing it and there is always plenty of wiener jokes to go around and lots of beer drank.
