Finally finished everything I needed to do before the year's end today. Shutting it down now, though I will still be in the office tomorrow and Friday. Feels fantastic.
I'm building 3 different houses for people who don't live here but are coming for Christmas, its going to be a busy 7 days starting this friday. Christmas day is the only day I don't have any meetings planned.
Stripped the last basement of the year and getting ready to stack forms in shed and unloaded trailers for last time. Ready for break.
There are jobs like that?!? I work till the 24th, come back the 26th. Our gun counter has been absolutely crazy the past few days.
Wow.......busiest time of the year for us, our end of fiscal year and companies want to buy now. Q4 and Q1 are our busiest times of the year by far and it's all hands on deck. When your a sales guy, you make $$$ while the sun is shining.

It is completely different from my side. Clients are low on budget for 2012, so they are pushing everything till the start of 2013 with those nice, new big budgets.
I work for emergency rooms and wrangle chickens... so I have to keep busy. On the other hand, K is laid off until Jan. 7th. (which also means I have to cook more and wash more dishes... lol)
Our production line will be shutting down today around 7:00pm. I have to go in in the morning to oversee a small project and cut some old brackets off of a cracker gutting table. I should be headed to the house for a possible afternoon hunt around 10:00am. After running 7 days a week for 4 months (one reason I haven't been in the woods much) it feels good knowing there will be a shut down. I'll have to be back in on January 2nd. Man, what a relief!

Busier then I've been all year right now. We are working a half day on Monday back on Wednesday,Same next week.
First time ever, I'll leave a 3:30pm Friday and have the whole next week off with pay. We return Monday(31) and then off the 1st... I should have saved a vacation day... but I had deer to kill. Only 8 of us are scheduled to work that day... should be gravy. :D
Trying to get the 2013 cameras ready to go but am taking off Friday to go to Kansas for a late season bowhunt. Back to work next Wednesday
