    tough to say esp. as we have no idea where you are at, but it does look like a little bear cub to me.

    its in the lower penninsula of michigan about an 1 hour north of grand rapids. if that helps. I, along with many others have never seen a bear in the lower penninsula.

    Well - I know there are a few down below in troll land but not even close to 1/4 what we have up here. Range has been expanding though down your way and southern WI is getting a lot more too I hear. I do think the 'behind' is too high up and rounded for a wolverine and chances of it being one of those is even almost nil - a lot less than bear...though that one did end up in the thumb. Check out watering areas and even rainy day on mineral sites(no baiting yet eh!) for the tracks...will look almost like someone walking barefoot on thier toes if a bear. I would imagine that the bears will stick decently close to that area being that it is a sow with young cubs as well.

    Is there a stream or pond near by? It almost looks like a beaver facing the cam to me. Like he was moving his head so his face is blurred.

    Any ferel hogs down there?

    there is a creek on the property, but there are absolutly no beaver in it or signs of them, no hogs either? its frusterating. :alien:
