Observations from this years GTG

Hank was actually shooting better. He said he got a rectumfier for his bow and he can see clearly now. I still outshot him on the 3D course and taunted him when Team Bowtech failed to reach a podium or receive a rock.

Dawg007 killed it on the grill once again and we couldn't get enough Dawg Bites. I watched him go down in flames after Dubbya won the Iron Buck Contest.

Wes Lofton sure naps a lot, every time I couldn't find him I would hear snoring from his tent. I picked on him a lot and he took and dished it back, the kid is alright.

Dubbya won half the events and wasn't even supposed to be there, damn Nomadic Bastard:D

Fergus brought his better half to camp this year and it was good to see them both for a few days. Fergus has officially retired from being an Iron Man and has his beer gut back. Well done Ferg, long live the High Life!

Crik brought some Tennessee Lightning and is the best damn shine I have ever had, I see there is more than just big handed savages in his parts, the place is a mecca for spirits.

Frogslayer was killing it on the Bullfrog's and got reprimanded by some bastard who was embarrassed that his little sniveler couldn't even catch them with a net. The kid is a professional!

Peakrut brought the smallest tent I have ever seen, that is all.

Fitz hopped out of his truck and I was amazed, the dude is a foot taller than his avatar. If you haven't met Fitz you are missing out, he is good people!

Pat Howard showed up and got me busted with the wife within an hour, what is it about Pat and drama! He spent the whole weekend obsessed with the length of everyone's cargo shorts, I see a future for him at TJMAXX

Tom Lester had some shirts for all us studs on Team Monster Raxx for the bh.com contest. I asked him where his was and apparently it was a size smaller after he washed it and he didn't want the Cargo Short Mazi busting his chops over it.

Sweet 16 is like 17 now and no longer shoots a Hoyt. I was looking for him to give him a wedgie but the kid is slick and was hard to find.

Well, that is a wrap for now because I have to get the lady out for dinner. Apparently she hasn't seen me in three days and wasn't fond of the cutter cologne I left all over the bed the last three nights.

 

Sure sounds like a great time, hope to make one at some point! Too bad I have to wait a year now...

Also, whoever found the older, larger diameter Carbon Express arrow with 4" fletching down by or behind the elk and placed it by the practice range thank you. I lost that arrow last year!!

Last year....YES. This year did not miss any targets but one pop-up while I was passionately "french kissing" my peep as someone in camp described it Thursday afternoon. Got a new string recently and having a helluva time getting that peep lined up every shot.
