Ditto. KY season starts 14th and IN starts 25th so hopefully it don't take long to get one on the ground.
Looks like ill get an extra hunt in on the 17th. Thought I was only going to get 1 day in april, but a guy at work wants an extra day and is gonna cover for me. Hopefully I can put one down early and get us started.

I hit a major snag this morning. Got my new arrows in today so I went out back to shoot. Drew back the first arrow and something snapped. The inner cam unit on my bow snapped off. Not sure how long it will take to get it replaced, it's under warranty so will not cost anything. I'll get it to the dealer on saturday and will find out then how long it will take to get a new cam in. If im out for too long ill let someone one fill my spot on the team.

got the cam ordered t day, just had to call it in and give them my serial number. they will call me when it comes in, should be next week, so hopefully ill have it fixed and ready to rock by the 16th, opening day of turkey season.

I took my youngest son to Nebraska last weekend and had a great time. He killed a jake on Saturday morning. It was his first turkey. Then on Sunday he took a really nice Gobbler. We had a great time and were back on the road for home by 9am Sunday morning. We also caught a nice stringer of crappies on Saturday afternoon. I went out last evening and did a little scouting here at home and located plenty of gobblers to chase starting Monday.
Well guys some more bad news, I think im going to let an alternate take my place. My new cam for my bow will not be in till after next week, then I will be out of town the last week of april, and im also fighting a back injury now so dont know how much I will get out.

Thanks crick, im just going to focus on getting better for the GTG in june, ill be in rehab and physical therapy until then and well after I get back if im even able to go.
