OPINION: Are these good stalking shoes? I'm going to go try a pair on and see what they're like. Fila skele-toes Vibram FiveFingers, KSO TREK
never tried or even seen them befor but looking at them having a serious martial arts background i think i'd like them having each toe means better balance better controlle better being silent, i think they are a good buy but i couldn't be sure till i tried them but i'd like to.
No experiance with them, but looks like I could really stub my toe(s) in those. Wouldn't they be to cold for much of deer season, and no protection from snakes in warmer weather. I say save them for the pool or beach.
They might be Robert. Ever thought about L&L Beans boots? http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/52279?feat=506763-GN2 They have a soft enough sole where you can feel the branches under your foot. I don't have a pair yet but I will. My dad loves his and has been hunting with his for 20+ years. He did a ton of elk hunting with them In the Rocky's. Their a good durable boot and waterproof.
