Anyone else getting the itch to get out and find some sheds? I sit in the living room at night watching TV with sheds all around and cant help but get excited for the upcoming shed season. Last year was my first year but to say I am completely hooked is an understatement. My fiancé brings it up almost once a week.

    Only a couple more months!

My itch never goes away. All year long I thinking about sheds or looking for them.

I`ve only found one shed, ever. Only tried looking once though... I`ve got the itch to get a shot at the buck I`ve been hunting though, I do know that!

I'm always ready to shed hunt. I caught myself scanning for sheds a couple days ago as I walked to my stand.

That's funny this thread is up, a couple weeks ago I was talking to my wife and told her I was looking forward more to shed hunting then actually hunting this year. I am hooked! On a side note, I was working at a customers house last week and started talking about hunting with him. After talking for a while he gave me permission to shed hunt his place this year. He has 70 acres of deep ravens that all dump down to a green briar and cat tail swamp. Should be a perfect place to find a few sheds. Come on Shed season!

I found a nice shed a month ago- average for a 3yo around here, but twice the mass!
But now I'm hunting him, not sheds.

I do love finding sheds though! I think that makes 12 or 13 for the year.

Agreed! I can't step in the timber without scanning for antlers.
