Pretty good start to the year man. Thought about getting out and doin a once over the property sometime this week since its to damn cold to sit and hunt.
Dropping already huh? This cold weather must have kicked things into high gear as far as dropping antlers is concerned. Guess I better get my walking boots ready.
Great start dawg. I'm ready to do a cam check and do a little walking. I have a bad feeling I may find a few of the 3.5 year olds dead that I had a bunch of pics from. They have been MIA since the beginning of November and haven't heard of anybody killing them.
Dont get to worried Snake because I had the same issue and then I find the 5 point shed from one of them. I still have to find the Double G2 Forked buck.
Went for a walk today and saw a couple bucks still with full racks. Then I stumbled on these two in the corn field and they ran up a tree to get away from me. Then they decided to give me a good photo op!

Well, I went out to check my stands and for a small walk today. After my small walk I was driving the edge of the CRP field that I hunt when I spotted a nice shed that I have seen before on a bucks head. Here are the two videos of the buck and then the antler! It was about 30 yards from my tree stand!
