Hey guys I saw you have a shed hunting contest and some of you found some REALLY nice sheds! Unfortunately I live in a state that wants every deer killed so finding sheds can be tough, but we still managed to find 24. Nothing big but I still had a blast taking the dogs out everyday. We walked over 100 miles this year so they didn't come easy. Here's a video of our season if you want to check it out.

Nice video. You got some smart dogs there. Hopefully after i get out of college and have my own place i can get a dog and get him to find sheds as well as your dogs do.

Thanks guys. Having a dog with you makes it so much more enjoyable esp if the sheds are few and far between. I keep track of our shed hunts on runkeeper. It tells us how many miles we go each day and shows a map of where we walked when we're done.

Great video. Was wondering how your dogs were doing. Last video I think of your was right when you got the puppy and just started training.

Well the puppy wasn't that into it. He was so excited about being in the woods that he wasn't to concerned with finding a shed. I really didn't push him to hard. I'll work with him in the off season to see if he improves. I'm not sure if he'll ever have the drive blake has but we'll see what happens next year.

That is great. Love to see the puppy grow and finally find his first shed. Great videos as well. Can't wait to get my first shed dog so I can train it. Looking to get a German Shorthair pointer.
