This thread sucks.
I came across this next to a fence while walking through a cow pasture on my way to the mushroom woods...
I gave it up with a few minutes left in OT. I didn't have a good feeling when the Hawks gave up the tying goal late in the 3rd period. Hopefully the Hawks can make a series of it.
That one would have been worth picking.
My grandma and I found some last Friday in one spot and a few on Sunday in another spot, but none were big enough to fool with picking. I'm hoping things...
Here is a video showing some of the small greys we found yesterday (there's also a bass thrown in there)...
Nothing worth picking, but we at least know they're starting here in southern Indiana...
We found a dozen of similar size and all on moss.
I plan on trying them out this year, but I haven't had much luck finding them in local shops. With all of the bootleg broadheads floating around I am hesitant to buy them online.
I would do them all in a heartbeat. Watching Tom Miranda pull off the Super Slam had me wishing I could hit the lotto so I could go after it myself.
I'm guessing musk ox would be out as well....
Pretty good spread on that moose.
I'll be happy if the Hoosiers defense can make a slight improvement. Their offense should still be solid, so if the D can't get a couple more stops a game they should go bowling.
A meth lab in southern Indiana? You had to have planted that there.
I forgot my pliers in my other bag and I was using tiny treble hooks as I was targeting the trout, so that isn't the norm when it comes to getting a fish back in the water.
Great stuff, as always. The turkey buzzard makes for a cool picture even though they are a nasty bird. The last picture of the deer and the trail cam going off is really neat.
And if Harrison misses one of the three shots people are saying the opposite things.
I prefer mouth calls, but they take some getting used to. I like them due to the fact that you have minimal movement to operate them.
Since you're starting out you may want to go for the box...
Until they're vacated.
I recently picked up a JVC Adixxion Action Camera. My goal was start filming my outdoor adventures. I used it a bit ice fishing earlier this year, but I finally put together a video the other day...
I had a Whisker Biscuit on my first bow and when I bought my Mathews the shop suggested going to a drop away rest. I have to say that I like the drop away rest much more. It is more accurate and...
The article in the OP is an editorial referring to a larger story the Indy Star did a week or so back...
Buck Fever Intro:*An investigation of captive deer hunting, breeding industry
There were other, similar instances from the same farm that were mentioned in the article. I don't recall his name, but one of them involved a famous race car driver (NASCAR I think).
Bill Self has won 156 games over the last five years compared to Calipari's 152.
There are videos showing them prop up a deer with a stick so someone can shoot it, seems like proof to me.
Again, read the entire story and watch the accompanying videos before you cast off the...
They didn't specifically mention the name of the farm, that I recall, but they did interview the owner.
Did you watch the video that shows how they extract semen from the bucks? If that isn't...
I suggest you read the entire story. The author is a lifelong hunter and the overriding theme of the story is the threat of disease(s) transferring from these farms to the wild herd.
I don't recall where I read it, but there is the thought out there that bearded hens are one of the reasons you see toms with multiple beards.
