Hey mate, I'm from Oz but on the east coast (Brisbane). You'd wanna hope the Greens don't get in otherwise you might need to consider moving across to the east :)

Just had our vote, voted for the shooters and fishers party again. Seem to make sense. Kind hope they bring regulated hunting to wa, we are stuck with private property at the moment and every time I go camping in the national park the game is just temping me.. :-)

Have been down there... Darwin, Richmond, Woomra, Sydney. Never made it to Perth. Oh, I love the people there.

Nice, beautiful city Sydney but way too busy for me. To bad it wasn't the Brisbane store otherwise I would have popped in to say hi.

Ill need to make my way east soon, the hunting laws in Wa are terrible, at least you can apply to hunt on crown land..

You might have too. In QLD you can only hunt private land but I've got an R Licence for NSW and Vic is even better with more options to hunt public land.

    Hi Mate,

Im from WA but I have been living in the NW for the last 5 years. Looking at getting a compound bow when I visit the US this month (3 years waiting). I have only been shooting a recurve for the last couple of years and wanted to progress to the compound after watching this show.

I was going to see if I could get on a hunt with someone in the US/Canada but that has not panned out. I will have to wait until I get back and have a go at something feral.

    Talk again.

Brisbane / sunshine coast hinterland for me.

I have small acreage in the hills that's surrounded by large acreage on all sides. So it's surprising what wanders across our small plot from time to time , deer, pigs, hares, foxes.

Have s Small range setup just to keep my self from getting to rusty.

You will love it over there.

I went to the US last year traveled about 5000km north to south along the wast coast. I was like a kid in a candy store with all the gear available. I ditched my two suitcases for Plano bow hard cases (something like $25 each from memory) Once I had my fill of archery gear I stared on the family. Daughter ended up with a new bow and spotting scope. Lots of Knives. I was told my the wife "if you buy one more knife your swimming home"

The hire car was loaded up like A mobile archery store after 30 days. I'm still kicking myself that I didn't by more. It's not always the price it's just the availability and range!

I was expecting a fuss back in Brisbane with customs but lucky for us industrial action had us waved through in a hurry NQA.
