Anyone know of any good public land spots for turkey season? I am based out of Baltimore County, so if it's a reservoir that would be awesome! But I'll take what I can get.

I went out to Liberty Reservoir with a buddy for the new winter season, but alas no luck and no sign of turkeys. We're both new to turkey hunting and just have no idea where to start in the area.

Thanks in advance for the help!

There should be some in Liberty and Prettyboy. I have seen several before at Tuckahoe State Park across the Bay bridge near Queenstown, maybe a little over an hour drive for you.

    Possibly at Blackwater?

I used to belong to a lease right down from there and we had great spring gobbler hunting.
