I was really disappointed he didn't talk more about the science of the digital patterns. When I was there talking to one of the reps about the backpacks, he explained how the digital makeup of the pattern actually confuses the animals eyes because their eyes are ...I think it was shaped... different than ours. It was a pretty cool explanation.
I really like Badlands stuff. I have a Shed Jacket, Icon Pants and a Source Pack. So far everything has performed very well. My only complaint with the pack is the straps are elastic with the bino clips so you don't need a separate strap for your binos. The problem with the elastic is if you fill the water bladder and have a few other things in the pack, the straps stretch a bit and it gets a little bouncy. Otherwise the jacket and pants are great. Will continue to purchase their products for a long time. I've gotten all my stuff from Amazon though. WAY cheaper!
Badlands is a premium price point for sure. I am waiting on the new Approach Camo. I can see dropping the cost of a high end bow to be suited up. But there is no indicator when it will be available. Sent from iPhone
