So does anyone know if there's a specific "best" time frame to really hit the HLN when looking for a lease? I've been casually watching and it seems that the site is rarely what I would call up to date. I find it hard to believe that there are always 81 available properties in a specific state yet there seem to be only a few that are not already under contract. Do most leases run 12 months from date of signing, or Jan 1- Dec 31; or what? I would have thought most leases would be opening up by the end of January at the latest (or at least the non-renewals.)
