The red oaks are starting to drop along with apples, they're both getting a lot of attention right now.

Have only had camera out a few weeks in Marathon, Co. Public spot. Not enough to see a pattern. Weather cooling off the last week, should start the shift into Fall weather getting the leaves changing and start thinning the underbrush. Going up in the morning to check up north.

Shawano County here. Bucks have been basically living in the corn, although I saw a nice buck in soybeans tonight, but they were so tall I almost drove right by him. Only saw him from the eyes up. He was just about completely stripped of velvet

Fond du Lac county is a great county for deer, and bucks get large if they make it. Sheboygen is rolling hills with lots of acorns and ag. I just hunt public in sheboygan and bigger deer are harder to find. I have a few spots and some decent deer on camera on public land. No complaints from me if i don't get an opportunity at a good buck it's my fault.
