I didn't want to feel like an idiot two times today so I'm asking here first. I bought an OTC Either Sex permit today and when I got home I realized it was Muzzleloader instead of Firearm. I was wondering if I could exchange it for the correct permit or I just have to eat the $ and get the right one... Thanks in advance...
