Used to live in Chatham and Glenarm about 25+ years ago.

It's been pretty dismal thus far. But admittedly only have about 5 sits this season. Crops are finally out around the property I hunt in Morgan county so traffic has been picking up a bit. 4 deer in one sit has been my best day but have yet to put one on the ground.

Really hoping things start picking up soon, all this rain this week should make Friday a good day. Hoping anyway.

Hello, my name is Rick and I found bowhunting.com while doing research on hunting at lake Sangchris and saw an old post by you. I wanted to reach out to you to ask if you have any suggestions for a new hunter looking at hunting at Sangchris. I'm in the springfield area, and although im not new to shooting, I have never been on a deer hunt before. I dont have any sort of mentors or anyone like that around me and was wondering if you knew of any clubs, or anything like that where I might be able to meet some people to lean a little more about deer hunting. I figured going out for my first time alone was probably a bad idea...dont want to break any laws or make any dangerous mistakes or anything so I thought I should at least try to find some people to give me some pointers before I go out.

Mainly hunt on my uncles land on the NW side of Jacksonville. Haven't tried Sangchris yet but have hunted a few times out at site M(JEPC). Just so hard to leave private ground for public.

Hey I love to hunt, if you want to get together to do any type...just let me know. I bow hunt Lake Sangchris and all around Rochester. If you have a climber, let's go! Or I will bring mine to you?
