My name is Patrick. I am 26 years old and I currently live in Western NY where I recently purchased 65 acres next to about 100 acres of swamp. I spend the majority of my time there when I am not working. My wife and I are currently in the process of building a house there and should hopefully be building this summer. Most of the property was farmed by a local farmer and I am still leasing out the fields to him. The property has been unmaintained for several years so I am constantly mowing, cutting, and thinning everything out that I can! The property doesn't hold big deer, but all the property around it does, and I am their first stop for food which is awesome. I have several plans in the works and hope to share them with everyone soon!
