It was used, but isn't the company dissolved?

 

It's probably dissolved, but I wouldn't use it because of likelihood of confusion.

 

There was a lot of bad blood with that name and there is a good reason the guys who had that name changed it to hide from there past... I would strongly suggest a new name.
