new to bow hunting have a question on what stands are best

hi guys im new to bow hunting bought my first compound bow yesterday but i want to know what stands work best for bow hunting and how high should a treestand be for bow hunting? any suggestions will help thanks

I use lone wolf climber about 17_to 20 feet I hunt all depends on $ for good stand only had lone wolfs

There are lots of good stands. Lone Wolf makes good ones but there are others you can get if you're on a tighter budget. A ground blind is always a good option to think about too. 15 to 20 feet up should be sufficient for a tree stand.

 

I use whatever stand I can afford. In some location I still use stand that I have built. All are usually between 15 and 20 feet. Inspect and repair all your stands yearly to keep yourself safe in the woods.

I only buy the River Edge ladder stands and hang ons. You'll need sticks for the hang ons.

For climbing stands I like the summit vipers.

I have a muddy climber stand and it is a pretty solid stand for the price. I'm a bigger guy so I try to find a spot on my tree that has a lot of foliage behind me. That may be 10 feet off the ground, that may be 25 feet up. It depends on the situation.
