Hey everyone bowhunter from Illinois here gotta question. I have a 2002 Fred bear epic extreme bow and I'm looking for someone with advice on how to make this bow better because I'm kinda stuck with it for at least another season. Hunter on a budget for sure!

Visit your local bow shop. New strings might be a "less expensive" upgrade and help.

New string and a tune and adjustment to be fitted to you personally if you have not had it done already and a rechecking of it even if you have.

Don't feel stuck. A properly tuned old bow can sling an arrow just as beautifully as a shiny new one. The difference is we aint afraid to get em a little dirty.

With that said like elkguide and covey said. New strings and cables, spec tuning and center shot tuning and broadhead tuning and you will shoot better than ever. Good luck and keep us posted on how things go!!

Yep , see a shop. New string if you need it. My local shop does a grease and tune when you get a string job.
Then go shoot with those who shoot better than you, fastest way to shoot better.
