Just wanted to check in and say Hello. I have been reading the forum for about a week now and want to say Thank You in advance for the things I have already learned and can not wait to try. My bow, a Diamond Infinity Edge complete package has still not arrived (my xmas present to myself) will not arrive until next Monday. I already have a tech lined up who will perform the complete set up for me. I have been a gun owner since I was about 5yrs but have always wanted to get into Bows. Well figured I am not getting any younger and it was time. Now for one question, I live in Palm Beach county and do a lot of camping out at JW Corrbett and Fisheating Creek, can anyone tell me what the hog hunting is like in these areas. I have always seen a lot of evidence in both areas but have never really paid attention until now. These are the two areas I would like to get my feet wet.
Bait them up and they will come, I believe you need to pay a small permit fee to bait on state land in Florida.
I would love to, but found out today on UPS tracking that it will not be here till the 7th now. Every day it gets bumped a day. I guess that is what happens when you cant find it in the stores so you turn to EBay to buy it. This is driving me crazy because the minute I bought a Bow my husband had to have one, I got him the new Bear Crux with complete package and we have set up a target area in our back yard. He's out there everyday shooting, testing, and making small adjustments to the bow. I am beginning to wish he just stayed with this guns.
It will come. You will probably out shoot him once you get it and shoot a little. Beefie Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I used to live in West Palm Beach and buddy there some hogs. Went a lot around Lake Okechobbee. Ask around and there'll be some folks that will give you some places. Nothing like hog hunting with a bow!
I finally got my Bow in. My husband made some adjustments but we are still going to take it to get it sited for me. Shot it a few times last night and the site was off about 5 inches. Can wait to have it all corrected!
Thanks Tman, we are looking to get some property in River Ranch. Hunter there is pretty good from what I am hearing.
