Just a few weeks into my first season bowhunting and I have already noticed the pressure that public land in my area gets. So I am in a position to buy some land and was wondering if I am going to purchase some good hunting land how many acres should I look for and what should I look for on the land? I know that you can kill dear on 5 acres if you plan well, but I am curious how big are the farms that we see the BHOD guys hunting on, or how big are the farms you all are hunting? Thanks for your help!
