So I need to know and I'm sure it's been answered before but does adding or taking out twist in your cables add draw tension?

Definitely lengthens and shortens your Axel to Axel and yes you can make the bow peak at an incredibly high poundage if the cables are twisted\shrunk down

So if i add twist it will increase let off or no? Is it the other way around?

It should slightly increase the let off but you probably won't notice anything because I also increases the peak draw weight. The holding weight will end up being about the same.
