I'm hoping to start bow hunting next deer season and Im gonna need to buy a new bow. I'll turn 18 during the season so I'll just about be done growing. I'm asking which model bow would be the best for a beginner but not a kid bow. Thanks a lot

Have a budget and shoot the bow configurations in your budget.

    Welcome :)

Might want to look at the Mission line of bows. Decent in both performance and price.

Welcome to the site and to the Wonderful World of Bowhunting!

Like roadrunner suggested, look at the Mission line of bows. I think they will work well for you.

I'd say the Mission line as well, low cost and great quality. Good luck and enjoy whatever you end up with, hit up a local shop and shoot several bows

Mission is a great bow. Bought my wife the mission riot and it is very adjustable and great shooting bow. But as others have said get a budget and go to a bow shop not bass pro, cabelas etc. Shoot as many bows that you can in your budget and do not forget in that budget such things as a sight rest arrows release etc. Also look out for deals on used bows. I am surprosed at how many people get a new bow every year.
