I've spent this season using my .243 and 12 gauge. My father-in-law bowhunt and I wanted to wait for the offseason to begin practicing for next season. I've been doing research on different bows and wanted to know of archery shops in North Georgia preferably. Any recommendations? Plan on shooting and finding the right bow for me.
there are a few good pro-shops in GA, by that I mean those that carry a variety of bows to try.. Bargain barn in jasper carries a few diff bows but pro-shop not great Mitch's in cant is a good shop...if you only want Mathews Gable Sporting Goods in Douglasville is a good shop with a variety of bows in stock. The Ace in Social Circle has a great pro-shop as well.. be careful when doing a Google search because most that come up will be what I call shade tree bowmen. When it comes to setting up a bow there is only one guy I will deal with in GA. Randy Cooper of Nontypical archery.. he works out of his house and does not carry any stock,he can order most anything you want , he is the best at tuning and setting up a bow.. see his card below..
