I just bought some Gold Tip Devastators today at ****'s Sporting Goods and wondered if anyone had shot these yet. Are they durable ? DO they fly well ?

Typically want to ask that question before you buy them....GT makes awesome arrows. I bet youll have great luck with them.
****make sure you flex them before you shoot them****

I have them too from the same place. The only thing that makes me mad is can't find the straightness of the arrow but to answer your question yes they are good. I have only broken two of them in practice.

I shoot the GT XT Hunter's. 2 turkey down and hopefully a buck or 2 this season. The XT's are .003 straightness and seem to perform very well. Honestly I've never shot anything else so I can't compare but the experience I've had with these arrows is really good. They were recomended to me for hunting at my local archery shop, not a blipity blip sporting goods store, so I'm more confident in the advice they gave me.

I hunt with GT pro hunters, I target practice with GT devestators. (after I refletch to helical) They both hit the same out to my self imposed range of 40 yds.
