My buddy and I have one spot open on one of our leases at a price of $860. Hotels within 15 to 20 min. away. Looking for out of state hunters only to keep the pressure down. We are looking for serious hunters who will follow the 125" min buck requirements. 205 acres Decatur County near Greensburg, IN Third year with this lease and it has produced a few good bucks each year.
In other words you want someone to help out with your lease, but you don't want them hunting there very often?
I always find it funny how people like to comment on things that don't even involve them. If you are interested in the lease, contact me. If not, then don't comment on my post. As far as trust goes, this property is leased thru a leasing company and any hunter added will be on the lease and be insured. And yes....we only want out of state hunters to help keep down the pressure on the farm. I don't want someone that will be hunting the property every weekend, but any hunter on the lease can come when they want. I guess I could have rented out a week to some hunters and limited their time to come, but I thought it would work best this way for everyone.
Still looking for someone to fill this lease. Need to be signed on the lease by the end of the month.
Spot is filled...thanks for all the negative comments from the people that have nothing better to do than show their lack of intelligence. There was nothing shady about this deal at all. The spot was an equal share rights on one of my leases at an equal share cost.
Not necessarily. We just did not want someone that lived close that would plan on being there everyday.
