Bear Pizza!

    Simple enough. Made a pizza with bear meat. Seasoned with Crazy jays wild game rub which is awesome with bear and deer so far. Here's a link to their rubs and stuff.

    Nice. Never had bear but I do make deep dish pizza with spicy italian venison.

    I almost cant tell the difference between venison and bear. Great stuff though!

    That looks really good. How is the bear for grease? Is it really greasy for cooking or leave a oil on the top like pepporoni?

    No my bear is not greasy at all. Its almost the same as venison!

    Looks awesome! I've only had bear one time in my life and thought it was great. Wish I had better access to get some more.
