Depends on how long you want it to hang

as long as the weather doesn't get much warmer than 49° you should be fine for 48 hours. What are the temps at night?

My buddy hung a deer in Maine when the temp was below freezing the next day it hit 60 when he took it down it was the worst smelling deer I've ever smelled ha ha so I would say don't hang it long.

I'd say you are good as long as the temps don't go above 50°

I've never hung a deer but 49* sounds too warm to me.

40 is ideal... 49 is a bit warm but should be ok for at least one day... longer then that, I'd me looking at boning it out and getting it in a cooler...
