Ran across something today while searching the Web. Has anyone ever ate bobcat? They say it has the same consistency as pork. Here's a video of a man quartering oit the meat like you would a deer. Bobcat Breakdown: Real food 101 - YouTube .....

    Thoughts?!

Would never consider a coyote! But after reading a couple things on the bobcat, a lot of people said it tasted pretty good. Pretty bad flavor for you?

Yea it and the yore had a very bad smell when it was being cooked and when I took a taste of it I wanted to vomit, it had a rancid taste to it, could be the way it was cooked are maybe something to do with what they had been eating or maybe the way it was cleaned I don't know but I will never try it again.

Now don't get me wrong I will kill everyone of them I see so I can sell the pelts and my woman can make claw necklaces and braclets.

Just never going to eat it again.

I heard yotes have a awful taste to them many because of what they eat being the garbage disposals of wild life.

Wouldn't think of eating a bobcat again! I've eaten just about everything once and that is one of the one time meats.

There's likely a good reason human kind has lived for thousands of years targeting mainly herbivorous animals as prey species...fish being the exception. To quote Mick Dundee, "Well, you can live on it...but it tastes like sh*t".
