Venison polish sausage with cheese and onions.

    Pretty simple grill up the venison polish sausage. The onions are key I take a quarter stick of butter and sweet onions sliced up add some beer and simmer till it is brown. I put that on the polish and add cheese wiz. cheese meat and onions on a bun hard to go wrong.

    Dang. I'll have to give that a go. We do our grind in feb. I'll have to look up some polish sausage recipes

    Sounds good ! However I would suggest Sargento cheese or other quality cheese cause cheeze wiz is 1 molecule away from being plastic :lol:

    I know about the cheese wiz but it is easy to heat up in the microwave so it pours nice.
