I like to take my backstrap and cut into 1x1 cubes. I'll soak them in apple cider for at least 24 hours. About an hour before Grill drain off the cider and add a sweet BBQ sauce. Just before they hit the grill I wrap them in a thick piece of bacon and cook them till they are medium done. Normally 1-3 minutes in each side.
