Stuffed bell peppers with venison

    I think I'm going to make there tonight with the doe I shot 2 weeks ago. I will post pics when I'm done. Sounds freaking awesome in my head!!!

    I've been making these the past couple years and love it!

    -Brown your burger, and add in any and all spices you would like.
    -While the burger is browning, gut your peppers and par boil them on the stove top. Takes about 20 minutes or so, or until they're soft(-ish).
    -Once the burger is pretty much done, I mix in my cheese. I use 3 different kinds, but I'm sure just about any kind of cheese mixture would be fine.
    -Next I try and drain as much grease from the burger as possible, and then stuff each of your peppers until full.
    -I top off each one with a slice of pepper jack cheese, and then bake in the oven at 350* for 20-25 minutes.
    (Sauce is optional, my wife and I prefer not..)

    BOOM! A great dinner meal!
