I tried making burgers on the grill out of ground bear meat. I didnt know if I had to add pork like venison, so I made 4 with pork and 4 with straight bear. The straight bear was awesome. It stayed together better than beef. I think this is how I am going to use up the rest of my ground bear meat, burgers. Even the kids gobbled them up. I do need good recipes for the roasts. They seam to be hard to find.

I have found bear anything soaked in an Italian dressing type marinade for a day or two is awesome! Especially if it's grilled there after!

Ure darn right...one of the best go to marinades out there for ANY meat...12 hours or longer will make a front steak eat like a back strap...now try PARM Italian dressing and sprinkle some shredded parm right on top right before it's done enough to melt it and some real bacon bits......bam....so good
