Okay, so circulating the intrawebs are many a debate on this topic...I've especially grown tired of seeing now magically due to a 4 game stretch that Aaron Rodgers deserves the MVP, not that I don't think he isn't worthy of the discussion however he isn't the 1st QB I'm picking nor is that QB my personal pick anyways.

A recent list of most likely candidates pulled from nfl.com:

    -Tom Brady
    -Aaron Rodgers
    -Matt Ryan
    -Ezekiel Elliot
    -Le'Veon Bell
    -David Johnson
    -Dak Prescott
    -Derek Carr
    -Odell Beckham
    -Matthew Stafford

I personally remove all but Brady, Rodgers, Ryan, Johnson from my personal list.

I feel David Johnson is the MVP..however the whole crap of team record will most likely snuff his RIDICULOUS season and shove it aside for most.

Personally I have Johnson, Ryan, Rodgers, Brady in order...who you got?

See I actually think Dak has been far more impressive play wise to his team than Zeke personally. He has a lot more on his shoulders than Zeke does, but can't argue Zeke has been phenomenal.

Just happy someone else sees and recognizes what Johnson and Ryan are doing!

I did not doubt Aaron when he said run the table and when the Packers do it he has once again proved he is the MVP. Zeek gets 5 yards a carry because he does not get hit in the first 5 yards. If he played for the vikings would he gain 3 yards a carry? Tommy well he sat for 4 games and the team was just fine he is nothing more than Bill's game manager.

To me its still not about who plays the best. It is about who is the most valuable to their team.

Sure I'm biased but I also think the Packers would be well below 0.500 team without Rodgers. That is pretty valuable.

Carr is another one that is very valuable to their team. Or at least we will find out soon enough how valuable he is.

Zeke gets a lot of extra yards nobody else would. I'm not sure he is MVP valuable.

Dak isn't even in the running IMO.

I would go with Dak if there weren't 3 better QB's to choose from... Zeke is at the top of the RB class (right behind Johnson).

I know many will disagree but the MVP can not be on a team that does not make the playoffs. People forget what they play for every year, if you do not make the tournament you are not getting awards other than rookie of the year.

I do love Bill Belichick, he doesn't say much but when he talks it is great. His opinion on players that play defense is entertaining and pretty spot on.

I agree there are 3 ahead of him. I put Bell above Zeke too for points Sota already made about Zeke.

I get it is about who is most valuable and yes without Aaron GB is sub .500....without David Johnson this year the freaking Cardinals could be a mere 2 or less win team I truly believe that.

Wonder if the Falcons would be .500 without Matt Ryan.

Matt Ryan has the fifth best single season rating (115.5) of all time as of today. Plus his team makes the playoffs so he probably gets the award.

Brady, Zeke, Ryan and Carr are my top 4. I think Carr would have won if he didn't get hurt.

I agree Carr had a valid argument for it if he hadn't gotten hurt.

Anybody watch the clip of him when the leg got broke? He was miced up for the game, you can hear the snap and he said it was broke, kinda gruesome.
