Looking into getting a new bow what would be the best bet fully set up for under 1000 dollars. I want something fast quiet and forgiving

Rather than looking for that one stop shop, I would do similar to remmett70. I'd find a good mid priced bow, and add quality accessories and arrows that fit your style.
Example, I've used the same rest on my last 3 bows.
Package bows are nice and functional and will do the job well. But they are a one size fits most until you start to know what you want. What's on there might just be exactly what you want.
That said the Hoyt charger/power max packages are really nice.
The obsession turmoil is a great bow @$650 with change left over for some quality accessories.

You can get a Hoyt Powermax full package for 700, which leaves you money to get arrows and a release if you need one.

Go to your local archery shop and try some out to see what you like.
If you have buddys that bow hunt ask them where they went and what kind of service they recieved.
Being new myself I established a good relationship with my local shop and they have helped me out immensley!
    Good luck and have fun!

That's the way to go in my opinion. Has all the tech and niceties of the flag ship but they can get 3 risers out of one slab and they pay no patent fees on the cams. So they pass the savings along. It's by no means their "cheap" bow.

I'd check out Mission Archery, even if you buy one of their higher end bows you'll still have a ton of change left over for high quality accessories and lots of arrows.

I got a Hoyt Charger with Black Gold Ambush Ascent single pin sight, a whisker biscuit rest and fuse quiver for $850.00. I was gifted a dozen Easton Axis arrows. Buying those would put you right at $1000.

Look for a 2015 Prime Rival online. You won't shoot anything else.
    Good luck.
