Hello all! I am DAWG007 from Central IL. I am a die hard shed hunter and am looking forward to some great sheds this year. I have one so far and started the year right since I have to have wrist surgery on Jan 28th! Here is my first one of the year with a Gross score of 74 0\8" and typical net score of 71 6\8".
Nice dawg. I have one as well. Its extremely old, I found it sometime in late october. I'm hoping that the river continues to drop and the deer return soon. If not I could be in for a miserable shed season. I have other places to go, but I hate not finding the sheds to the bucks that I'm hunting.

tyler you guys still have the camp in tiona? I know they shot some nice bucks this year out in the Sheffield area. I'm going to try to get out to barnes and do some shed hunting where I found a few last year.
Yep still have camp right there on 4 mile by te post office between Sheffield and Warren. I didn't hunt up there this year in archery I know a bunch of guys went up during gun and they had some luck no big bucks, but there def all over up there. I'm planning on shed hunting up there again around first day of trout. Tons of good sign last year but I didn't find any bone. Jake, I too hope to do better than last year. I got quit a long list of places to check both new and old. Dawg has my vote!
Went for a walk today and here is the only thing I found besides an "I Love You" Balloon that I tagged Bloodcrick on the photo!
I wanted to get out tomorrow but looks like we have 15" of snow coming tonight and tomorrow. any ideas for team names?
I was out checking traps this morning and saw 3 nice bucks still sporting both sides. I won't be looking for much until February. Its not too often around here that we have much drop in January.
I've been noticing several that have already dropped on my cameras. I'm going to try to beat the squirrels to them.
