Plot looks like its taking, thanks for all the help guys. Now, I know that your supposed to mow it the following year, but thats about it. Is there anything I should be doing during season? Herbicide? Its a throw and grow plot, possibly planting radishes in any bare spots if planting season allows. Thanks -jimmy

Get a bag of biologic winter bulb and sugar beet to cover bare spots, it's about 92% turnip with 5% clover and will cover really good and draw deer right after first frost when the turnips crystallize
