Had the regular spot tilled up, planted 1 week ago. As of today the brassica bulb, turnip, radish, sugar beet combo is coming up. Probably a little early to plant this in most parts of the country, but our first frost comes about mid September and we start bow hunting the last week of September. By the end of the first week in Decemeber, all of our seasons are closed in VT.

Looks good! I will say that is a tad bit early. You always want to plant 30-45 days before the first frost. I'm not sure what kind of Summers you have up there, but hopefully you don't get to many real hot days.

Looks good. Vermont should get cold enough to pull the sugars out. Once that happens deer should start to hit them.

One thing about it being in this early, If you don't get good bulb production by mid July you can always replant. good luck with your plot!
