To all you food plotters...be careful boys and girls. Judge rules against Monsanto in cancer lawsuit | Fox News
Judge only ruled not to dismiss the case if I read that right? They're going to have a hell of a time proving fault with years of scientific research showing it's safe.
One person out of thousands that have used Roundup since it's introduction 40+ years ago.. Another just wanting a little piece of the $ pie.
If I'm not mistaken, doesn't round up kill plants by causing uncontrollable growth that ends up killing the plants? Which is the same that cancer does to people? If that's true it's not hard to see how it can cause cancer in people when handled incorrectly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm not a chemist nor oncologist, and don't have an opinion either way. Just posting the article b/c it was interesting. Rarely does Big M lose any court decision. I did like that in last weeks BHOD they showed Tim gloving up before mixing his chemicals. Something else- I'd never have a small kid out with me while I was doing any chemical work on a food plot. That stuff aerolyzes way too easily and even though it may be "safe" for adults I'd not put my kid at risk.
No, the chemical enters through the plant tissue and translocates via the sap to the root system and it targets and inhibits an enzyme specific to plants only. Plants can't live without that enzyme and the absence of that enzyme in humans and animals is what makes it a low risk.
