Checking in with you guys. My season is underway. Shot at a nice 8 yesterday morning but missed. I'll be out this afternoon in a different spot.
Up in the tree now. Bumped 2 small buck on the way in. Saw those 2 plus 5 more does last night in this same stand. Waiting for the big 8 I have on camera to stroll through.
This is where we are as far as check ins ... Fitz PM'd all of us, so we can give them a day or 2 before we send out another one... Let's hear about everyone! My name is Tony Sorrento and I have put at lease SOME points up the last 3 out of 4 years for the previous contests...I have been a part of a winning team and can tell you that while the prizes are great, the friendships built up in the team thread are the best. That will take some communication, so check in with what is going on with your season every now and then! I have 4 children, 3 of which are out of the house, 2 of those are married and I have 2 grandchildren. My 4th is a senior this year and will be going into the Air Force this coming summer. I have chickens, honey bees and a tractor :D

Hey Team 34. Brad Cowan here checking in from south east NC. I've got a plan to hunt everyday this season, so I'm hoping to harvest a few and help us win this contest. I'm married with a wife and 6 kids 4 girls (2 boys thank jesus!) Umm but my girls bow hunt, and duck hunt more than my boys. I spent 20 years in the military retired in 2011 did 15 years of my time in 3rd SFG. I currently an instructor at the Operator Advanced Course here at the special warfare training center on Ft Bragg. My wife is in the military as well she is a general surgeon, getting ready to retire with 30 years, and looking forward to working at a small hospital. One daughter in college, and the rest are in school still. My entire family loves the outdoors. We are currently working on getting some farm land and moving out in the sticks by this time next year. Looking forward to raising a few hogs, goats, chickens. I grew up on a dairy farm outside of Seattle Washington, so I am getting a milker. Yes I know pretty bold goals, but thats how I grew up so I would like the same for my kids. Glad to be a part of the team. Brad.
