What do you guys think about this nock? It's an interesting thought.

They compare it to a regular nock in the ad.

and then a video of the twister nock which is a cocking nock that twists on a spring.

I can't decide if this is all a gimmick or if this actually will improve flight.

    Thoughts?

My thought is if my normal arrow can shoot a tight group without that spin nock then I'm good with what I got.

To me it seems to be a solution to a non-problem, at least from a bowhunting perspective.

It's not going to make any meaningful difference from normal hunting distances. It might help improve accuracy at longer distances for target archers but it wouldn't do anything to change any of the other factors that bowhunters have to take into consideration when determining their maximum distance for a live animal shot.

I'm not sure how a new nock could improve my group...

All joking aside, it could have some potential benefits to long range target shooting. However, I would like to see them compared when using blazer style vanes and feathers as well. Both of those fletching choices are known to grab the air and spin the arrow more aggressively than a standard style 3 or 4 inch plastic vane.

I like Turbo Nocks, no fletching to deal with for me since 1995.

Spin nock seems viable but twister nocks destroy your serving on your bow string for the very reason they increase the spin.
