Got a new bow & trying to get it set up. Can't decide on which head to shoot.
Set up is: Spyder 30, 60#, 30" DL, FMJ's w/ nockternal nocks, 50gr insert & 100gr tip coming in at 505gr. Which head is the easiest to tune & y'all have had best luck with?

I personally like the Exodus. Its short and tough. I know it tunes fast and flies true out to 80. The Montec is a quality head too so either way you go you should be good. Good luck.

Well went to pick up some exodus heads but was talked into some ram cats. Done nothing to my bow & they are on top of my field points at 15yrds. Gonna stretch it out tomorrow.

I've heard good things about the Ramcats. I had a pack of Exodus heads but decided to try some Magnus Stinger Buzzcuts. I like their lifetime warranty. Lots of good choices out there.

I have two boys that shoot the RamCat and love them. I personally shoot the Magnus buzzcut and last year I tried Magnus black hornets. They did great on my deer but never had a chance on an elk.

I've shot the Montec's before and they were great. The ability to resharpen them is what sold me and they shot perfect for me.

I don't know the Exodus so can't say anything about them.

But I have been using the Montec G5 since 2008 and love them. Got 3 black bears and two bull moose with them.

Accuracy is what matters most. You do your part and most broadheads will do theirs. Good luck with them. :tu:

Exodus are awesome heads. Very tough and sharp. I shot the 100 grn full blade version the last 3 seasons with great success. I am only switching this year because at 50lbs I want a cut on contact head and the tip on the Exodus is not sharpened.
