Does anyone have history with dirt nap broadheads

Looking at the dirt nap broadheads, are they any good?

I bought a set when they first came out, they didn't spin well for me. I gave them away. I was told that they improved their production tolerances since then, who knows.

 

same here, mine also hissed pretty loud too.

 

I shoot Magnus broadheads! They are great and made in the U.S.A. You should go check them out!

 

A buddy got a couple packs when they first came out and said they were soft in comparison to Magnus Stingers or Steelforce. Since I have a bunch of Stingers, I did not see any reason to change for the sake of change.

 

They are great.. single or double bevel..., in fact so good, I have a few extras that I do not need. I re-sharped the ones I use and they are great so if you are interested, I have new in packs and never used but out of the packs, single and doubles..

Only with shooting them into foam targets, not with animals. BH's fly well, just another to be able to use if you're in a bind and it's the only one you can find/buy.

I have shot them for a long time.. love them. Bought a new pack recently and haven't even used them cuz I keep sharpening the old ones! I have some I can sell to you. Double and single bevel

I love them! With a well-tuned bow they fly perfectly with field tips. Easy to resharpen. Great customer service. What's not to love?

I've yet to fully commit to them but the doe I shot last year with the single bevel version performed VERY well.

I originally had some issues with them coming not as sharp as I like (however used to Slick Tricks so....) and I've had a couple come with the bleeder blades not with tips..but rounded almost. I've never tried personally resharpening them...any of you with the single bevels how are you doing this? Just leather stroping them or we talking a wetstone?

 

I haven't used them for hunting yet but they are sharp! Shot some at my stab vest a couple weeks ago. Great results! Take a look if you like...

 

I was going to try them last fall. I bought two packs and 5 of the 6 heads had a wobble. That's all I needed to see.

Never had wobble issues, but I told them I was unhappy with the sharpness and had 2 packs show up with a note to try them...CS is top notch.
