Just curious as to what you guys think about them. How high will the 4 get you. I would guess you could stretch and get about 12 feet. Don't think that will be high enough for certain situations especially when the leaves are off of the trees.
Muddy Pro-X Climbing Sticks I've got two pairs. I'm just now learning to hunt from a tree, so I don't have much basis for comparison. What I Like: - Very Mobile - Compact What I don't like: - Kind of Heavy - "clanky" 4 should get you about 12 feet up. For me, that's plenty enough to build my confidence. I think the optimal use is 6 sticks to get to 18 or so feet. Hence why I got two pairs. Will update you as I break them in.
Not the Muddy brand but I prefer the 3 pack Guide Gear sticks from Sportsman's Guide. They are great sticks and IMO made by Rivers Edge and sale for $30 for a 3 pack.
