Ok well I had the opportunity to shoot a Halon 6 the other day.
Super nice bow...the 4.5# weight wasn't an issue.
    Pros:
    Like the new lost camo
    Nice finish
    Great new grip
Smooth easy draw for 70# bow with speed
Nice back wall with 85% let off mods
Dead at shot no vibration, no jump, and super quiet

My only rub and would keep me from buying one is that it's super top heavy
It felt like 2/3 of the weight was up top. I am sure with a properly weighted stabilizer and perhaps a back bar it would balance alright.
    Just gives me pause.
I much preferred the HTR riser balance
If only Mathews would have listened to me and just put this new cam system on the HTR riser I'd have to buy one.

For those who already bought one...after you got it all set up how does it feel and hold?

I haven't shot the Halon yet, but hope to soon!

I never thought it was too heavy at all. I have a no cam right now and it feels heavier. Prolly cuz of the longer a2a. I think I'm getting the Halon 6 if I can sell my no cam

I also held a Halon 6 but I didn't shoot it. I thought the same about being top heavy but I'm not going to form an opinion until I shoot one with stabilizer

Yeah the overall weight was fine...just the top heavy feel...I will plan on going back when the Halon 7s hit the stores in January and try with a stabilizer as well.
