I'm looking to get a bow for deer hunting and was wondering which bow is good. The Mission Craze or Diamond Infinite Edge? I'm a beginner with compound bows. I also am only 14 so yeah. If neither are good what is good?

Check out the mission hype. It's more bow for only $40 more than the craze.

I believe the infinite edge has a longer axel to axel, which helps with accuracy.

We had both as well and went with the mission as the site window had better clearance when using a drop away rest; found that after shooting the hostage rest on the other one, it started wearing down causing some shooting inconsistencies.

I am hoping soon but the problem is I already hunt with a crossbow.. Is it worth it to go from a crossbow to a compound bow?

Infinite edge. Has a huge range of adjustment and is a nice bow for the price

What's the big hype about compound bows? Like what's so amazing about a compound compared to a crossbow?

Just personal preference. If you are already shooting a crossbow then why switch? It's up to you what you shoot. If you are making the switch to a compound I would go shoot both bows and see which one fits you better. Also look into the adjustability. If you're only 14, you want something you can grow with.

PSE makes a nice one that you can adjust any poundage to just about any draw length. At least that's the way it was described to me.

Can't speak to the Craze but I got a good deal on my Infinite Edge Pro and so far I love it. I will pass it down to a teen when I get to the point that I want something faster. 310 IBO and 31 inch draw for the price were a good selling point for me. I'll be at the range tonight getting ready for January. Two thumbs up here.

Mission Craze, easy to adjust and can be used your entire life. I used one for a league once and can say they are plenty accurate.

Your young! use a compound while you still can!

There may not be a distinct advantage to a compound over a crossbow where you hunt now, but if you plan to hunt out of state at any time it would be a good idea to have a compound at your disposal. Not every state allows crossbow hunting without special permissions. Also, it's a great new skill to learn.

My best group from sighting in last night at the range. Edge is good value for the money.

I have hunted with the diamond for 5 years now and it bucks 2-3 deer down every year.
